Welcome to PASconcept 2020
It is often said that hindsight is 20/20, nowhere is this more true than in the world of software. We learn from our experiences and use the information gathered to build the world of tomorrow. Here at PASconcept we have done just that! In 2020 we have launched the new and improved PASconcept. PASconcept is now reborn with an easier to learn and use interface, more options for external integrations such as PayPal and Quickbooks and much much more!
You Suggested and We Listened
Over the course of this year we have collected feedback from you, our users, and based on your experiences have made changes to the interface. Despite, some have been subtle such as header fonts and size, others have been rather significant. One significant change is the menu. Our new Multi Tier Menu now makes it much more intuitive and quicker to get where you need to go.
Other than a complete overhaul of the interface, we have also added a wealth of new features and functions to PASconcept. Below we have detailed a few of the ones we are most proud of.
Digital Transmittal Letters
In an effort to allow virtual submission of Transmittal Letters, PASconcept now allows for the delivery of a trackable Transmittal Letter. Users will still be able to generate physical Transmittal Letters, however an additional option is now available.
Dashboards, now on Mobile
Get access to a series of dashboards directly on your mobile device. Simply scan a the QR code found in your Company Overview page and follow the link to view your company's dashboard in a mobile friendly screen.
Upload with Confidence
Uploading documents has never been easier. You can either drag and drop or select the file to upload. Once uploaded the file can be accessed by either going to the client or the project it is related to.
Reconcile Payments
Just like balancing your checkbook, you need to review your accounts in PASconcept to make sure they match your real-life bank and credit card statements. Once you get your bank statements, match the list of transactions with what you entered into PASconcept to ensure your accounts are balanced and accurate.
Automatic PDFs
Gone are the days of having to send your clients an attached PDF copy of the signed proposal. Now, should you choose, once your client signs the proposal, the follow-up email sent to your client will have the signed proposal as an attached PDF.
A cleaner interface with intuitive functionality means a richer, better user experience.

We at PASconcept are committed to constantly improving and bettering our program while making that impact value driven for our users. Furthermore, we have defined a 12-Month Roadmap for future development with new integrations and features being introduced every quarter. The next wave slated to be included in PASconcept by the end of Q3 2020 include such exciting additions as:
