We are excited to announce that we have implemented a number of enhancements to our platform. New functionalities detail:
Reports
We have added a new button in the Proposals and Jobs panel called Reports. Users can download basic reports such as Job List or more robust reports such as Project Finances report.
Default Settings
We have added new settings to sort your jobs by to make the process of finding your projects easier. You can now sort by Job ID, Job Date and Job Number. You can even decide if you want to see them in an Ascending or Descending order.
Merge Existing Job
Users can select a job they wish to merge with another job. The merged Job will generate all entities (Proposals, Invoices, Statements, Payments, Timesheet, Activities, Files, etc) which will be associated to this Job.
Budget Consumption
Administrators can now see how much of the budget in dollar value has been used by task and by phase in the scope of the job.
Client Income Report
This view allows the user to see what the financial situation of the client is, escalating the numbers by client, project, and even more by the invoice value.
