• Create Statement from Job Billing: The new functionality involves the capability to generate a statement of invoices directly from a job invoice page. This feature streamlines the process for users who need to compile and present a summary of multiple invoices related to a specific job.
• Related Proposals: You can now see the related proposals such as change orders that are associated within the same job under this tab.
• Download Invoice and Statement to PDF: The “Download to PDF” functionality is a valuable feature that allows users to save invoices and statements in a portable document format (PDF). This feature enhances convenience and facilitates easy sharing and printing.
• Employee Permissions: We have enhanced our Employee Permissions page to accomplish a more efficient and friendly experience granting access to our various system functionalities.
• Edit Time Entered: From the Time Entry Log page, you can now modify the job or task information of the time entered by your employees.
